Subject: Upcoming Price Adjustment Effective August 18, 2025

Thank you for your continued support and loyalty. At ECS Cares, we are committed to delivering you the high-quality products and efficient services that you have come to expect.

In recent years, we have experienced significant increases in the cost of goods and labour. These changes impact everything from raw materials, safety and regulations, supply chain logistics to fair wages and employee support. To ensure we can continue providing the quality and value you deserve, we must adjust our prices effective August 18, 2025.

This decision was not made lightly as we have not had a significant increase in over 5 years. We have done our best to keep the increase as minimal as possible while maintaining transparency. To assist with this transparency, we will be simplifying our invoicing by removing the energy fee for all medical waste services.

What’s changing:

·       Shipping and Handling: $45.00 → $55.00

·       Products and Disposal will increase at varying increments.

·       Exchange credit is being eliminated.

·       Energy Fee: 8% → 0%

We have worked hard to keep our prices stable and have delayed this change as long as possible. This adjustment allows us to continue delivering the value, support, and service you expect from us.

What’s new:

·      Disposal plans with monthly payments are available to better budget and plan (Supplies are purchased as needed).

o   Disposal plans receive reduced rates when compared to Fee for service.

·      Minimum invoice fee of $135.00 (does not apply to supply only invoices)

·      New 10L and 22L containers.
