ECS will automate your facility with emergency overflow back up systems. A truly must have accessory at a very affordable price.

High Level Alarms

Our high level alarms can be installed on spill trays, chemical containers, overflow jugs, etc. Customize your location – know when your tank is almost full before it overflows. If your chemical area is in a different location than where you work, the ECS alarm sensor is a system for you. ECS will install an alarm with a high or low level sensor (depending upon your requirement) and wire the alarm buzzer or light sensor to an area that will be seen or heard. This is a great system for automatic transfer stations of your waste chemicals going to totes or drums or chemical mixing areas to make sure your tanks do not go empty.

Overflow Containers

Our emergency overflow containers connect directly to the emergency overflow line on your silver recovery system to ensure that all overflow chemistry is contained in a removable jug that can be poured back into the unit for recovery once the problem is resolved. This ensures your waste effluent never hits the floor at your facility in the event of an emergency.

This product is only available to our Silver Recovery Customers and is designed only for use on the ECOLUTION line of Silver Recovery Systems. ECS will install the jug at no charge at your regular service interval.

Covered Checker Plate

Complete your automated install by covering all exposed hoses and wires, etc. Avoid a tripping hazard and cluttered isle ways and follow Health and Safety legislations. Our custom covered checker plate allows you to hide your hose and wires and provides a clean and neat install. Double sided tape can be used to hold the covered plate to the ground. Maximum length come in 8’ feet pieces and can be cut to whatever length you like. Standard plate is 12” wide with a 1” clearance.
