To Our Loyal Customers,
Eco-Elements Corp. and our brother company E.C.S. Technologies Inc. has been in the One-Time-Use-Camera (OTUC) recycling business for several years and is proud to have recycled over 2.5 million cameras in 2006 alone.
Regrettably, the market for OTUC has greatly softened and the end user demand for components has reduced. This results in a substantially lower market value. With the volume that Eco-Elements recycles, we have been able to maximize the highest price that the market has to offer.
Regardless of the price decrease that will be taking place at the end of April 2007 it is important that we maintain our environmental responsibilities and continue to recycle these cameras. It is imperative that the environmental aspect does not loose its signifigance. There is still value for your cameras both financially and more importantly environmentally. The 2.5 million cameras that Eco-Elements recycled in 2006 is nearly half a million pounds that elude the landfill.
The OTUC recycling focus should be on protecting the environment. Each one of us recycles our plastic and cardboard/paper at home with no financial gain. Recycling your OTUC will still provide a financial incentive but marginal to the peice of mind in knowing you are doing your part for a cleaner tomorrow.
Sincerely yours,
Michael McDonell &
