CHEMICAL QUESTIONS

HOW TO CONTAIN AND CLEAN A FIXER AND/OR DEVELOPER SPILL
In the event of a fixer or developer spill immediately absorb and contain the spill using towels or a chemical absorbent (kitty litter is a good substitute) if available.

Then Scoop the absorbent up and put the waste material in a pail that has a lid available. Do not put any waste into the drain or garbage.

Then dilute the stained area with water and absorb the water with a towel. Drain the towel waste water into the pail.

Finally put all items used to clean the waste into the pail including the rags and call us to pick up the waste material. 800.263.1857
