CTP TREATMENT - ECOLIZER

With computer technology quickly taking over and replacing film processing machines, where film and silver recovery where used to treat the waste fixer, these CTP – Direct to Plate Processors still produce waste chemicals which need to be treated, but in a different way. Now instead of silver, the MOE is concerned about the high pH from the plate developers and the plate emulsion that is being washed off the plates.

There are basically 2 options for treatment of your CTP waste chemicals: either chemical removal and disposal or on-site treatment such as our Ecolizer pH Neutralizing System. The cool thing is, ECS can offer both options throughout many major cities across Canada, and our equipment can be installed and operated world wide. Either way, ECS is fully licensed and approved by the MOE for both options.

As an equipment manufacturer, ECS has designed our Ecolizer system to be maintenance free. You can either batch your waste chemicals or hook it up automatically from your processor to treat your waste CTP chemicals. This system will work in all applications, such as thermal, photo-polymer and violet.
